holy crap! now i know why i suffer from such horrible pms! i'm going to have to try doing what they recommend. i hate headaches & tender boobies!

haha, I hate headaches and tender boobies too!! I can't handle the no coffee thing though, I think I'd die without it... other things that help during your period are bananas (potassium), almonds (I think?), ginger is really good for digestion & cramps, and just general rest and drinking lots of water!

i'm more of a soda & energy drink lover. you know, healthy drinks, ha! and i had no idea about any of that stuff either! my cramps get so bad that i have to lay in bed with a heating pad. so ridiculous. must buy bananers! and eat more sushi with ginger, heh!

aw, bad cramps are the WORST. the bed-ridden heating pad thing happens to me too... light exercise helps a lot with cramps too, even though it's like the last thing you want to do in the moment!
